What areas do we travel to?

We travel to New Orleans, Metairie, Kenner, Harahan, River Ridge, Jefferson, Algiers, Terrytown, Gretna, Belle Chasse, Harvey, Marrero, Westwego and Avondale.

What are your mobile notary fees?

Our fees are determined by what type of document is being signed, if a document is prepared by us, how many signatures are needed and travel distance. Please contact us to receive a quote for the services you need. All services included will be explained in the quote. 

What forms of payment do we accept?

We accept cash, PayPal, debit cards, credit cards, cash app and Zelle for all payments. 

What do I need to have a document notarized?

When you appear before a notary to have a document notarized, you will need the form being notarized along with your current state ID or driver's license, US passport or military ID to prove your identity.  *If your document requires witness signatures, adult witnesses must be present at the time of signing to witness your signature in the presence of the notary.

Can I fill out my document or write my statement prior to appearing before a Notary?

Yes. You can fill out your document or write your statement prior to appearing before a Notary.  But DO NOT sign or date the document until you are directed to do so in the presence of a notary.

Does my ID have to match my signature?

Yes, your ID must match your signature.  If your ID shows Jr., the III, the IV, or any other suffix on your name, you must sign your legal documents using the suffix. Also maiden or married names must be on ID, if you are signing your maiden or married name.

What do we charge to draft legal documents?

If you need us to prepare and notarize a legal document , the fees vary depending on the type of document being prepared and the time required to prepare it. Fees can range from $40 for basic affidavits to $150 for a simple will. *Drafting fees do not include travel time, delivery service, or notarization of prepared document(s).
